Our History

Del Carbon Charcoal is a subsidiary company under Del Farms established and certified in 2018 in championing the production of sustainable and renewable energy. It is therefore the biggest producer of coconut charcoal and BBQ charcoal Briquettes in Ghana producing charcoal and briquettes for domestic, commercial, and industrial use.

The company can boast of its capacity of annual production of over 20,000 tons of charcoal and briquettes in total.

Our type of charcoal briquettes come in various shapes and kinds for different purposes.The west African tropical zones are known to produce best agro- products and our coconut charcoal possesses the best qualities.

Coconut Charcoal-Belted with the knowledge in charcoal production in much sustainable ways, coconut shells on one hand is proven to possess higher qualities as compared to the wood charcoal and has been most sort after due to its benefits. This has resulted in the regular supply of the raw materials as Agro processing industries and waste companies ensure their responsibilities to manage the waste collected are properly disposed of at our dumpsite as raw material to feed the production process.

Del Carbon Briquettes. The pillow shaped briquettes remain one of the prides in production.Carbonized shells and husk with no artificial element added are molded in various shapes and forms to suit the end user. These tend to have better qualities including being Eco friendly,smokeless, ash control, longer burn time and 2X hotter.

They are made from coconut shells which are carbonized, compressed, and mixed with a vegetable binder and briquetting. Coconut shells are a superb raw material source to produce these superior briquettes.

Hexagon Charcoal Briquette is your wise choice. It is made from 100% coconut shells which are carbonized, compressed, and mixed with a vegetable binder and briquetting. The briquette is purely natural and with no nasty chemicals added, your food won’t be favoured.

Shisha

Shisha Cube

Shisha Cube Charcoal are a few sources of natural raw material to produce shisha charcoal and for instance coconut shell. Our Grade A shisha cube charcoal is made from pure 100% coconut shells charcoal and has no nasty chemical accelerator.

Production

Charcoal is a light, black residue made up of carbon and any leftover ash that is obtained by eliminating water and other volatile elements from animal and plant materials. Charcoal is often created through slow pyrolysis, which involves heating wood or other material in the absence of oxygen. We get our charcoal in bulk, which we filter to remove all the ash and sand. Production of Briquettes Briquettes are formed by compressing the particles from lump charcoal and pressing them under high pressure to form a round or square briquette that may be used for heating. Our briquettes are bio-friendly, and we just use water and flour to make them.
